Trying to remember why I thought farming was a good idea.

Checking, checking all night long, finally twins (doe &buck) around 1 am.  Tiny little doe, is proving to be a finicky eater, at least mother has accepted both of them.  1:30 am feed the Leicester bottle lamb and to bed around 2:30am.  Up at 5:15 for chores, feed the lamb and off too work.  I am lacking several of the necessary requirement's for my job today;  alert, clear mind, able to drive many miles and trouble shoot wound vacs, dressing changes, and be kind and courteous no matter what.  Oh, yes, rush back home at noon and feed the lamb, back to work and a lot of coffee.
